Multi-platform: Ad Campaign and social profile performance

Monitor your campaigns to see how they're performing.

Now that you've setup your social network presence and ad campaigns, you can check how your ads are performing.

Campaign performance reports

From the collapsible menu on the left, select All campaigns, where you'll see spend and ad performance by platform. You can filter the data by selecting a specific campaign from the left menu. The following metrics are available:

Metric What it means
Impressions Measure of how visible your ads are, given your budget and location targeting.
Clicks Clicks are how many times your ads were clicked. It's a good measure of how appealing your ads are to the people who see them.
Direction inquiries The number of clicks on your ads with the Direction inquiries button. This metric is only shown if your campaign goal is Visits to my physical business locations.
Calls The number of calls this campaign's ads have resulted in over time. This metric is only shown if your campaign goal is Phone calls to my business.
Conversions Data collected from customer action tracking that shows the total visits to your special pages.
Spend How much you've spent on this campaign over time.
Engagement The number of any inbound comments or wall posts that you receive from your audience.

Social reports

Monitor your social profiles to see how your audience is responding.

  1. From the Social page, select Reports from the left menu.
  2. Choose a time period from the date picker.
  3. Choose one or more social profiles from the left menu.

Tiles will show the following social metrics:

Metric What it means
Impressions The times your post was organically displayed to a user.
Engagement The number of any likes, shares, or inbound comments you received on your posts.
Audience growth The growth of your followers by social profile. It also shows a breakdown of the number of fans and followers gained and lost in the time period you specified.
