For prepay accounts: Microsoft Advertising will deduct the cost of your advertising charges directly from your prepay funds.
For postpay threshold accounts: Microsoft Advertising will charge your primary payment method (or backup payment method as needed) for your advertising charges once you meet your spend threshold.
If your Microsoft Advertising account has a different currency than your promotional credit, your promotional credit may be subject to foreign currency fluctuations.
Any remaining credit not used by its expiration date will be forfeited.
Microsoft Advertising will not award promotional credits to an account with an invalid payment method.
After promotional credits are exhausted, your Microsoft Advertising account will continue to accrue costs as it serves eligible ads.
This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotional code coupon, or discount. This offer cannot be separated, redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or bartered.
Microsoft, in its sole discretion, may close your account for any suspected abuse of this offer.
