Paying by bank transfer
Step-by-step instructions on how to pay by bank transfer.Microsoft Advertising accepts bank transfer payments on a limited basis. Generally, you can fund your prepay account with a bank transfer. If you have a monthly invoice account, you must pay your charges via bank transfer.
Notes
- Bank transfers aren't accepted for postpay threshold accounts. You'll need to pay for Microsoft Advertising with another available payment method.
- Only users with full permissions (Super Admins) can add, edit, or delete a payment method. Learn more about user roles.

Select the country/region of your business address and then your currency to find relevant bank information.
Sending a bank transfer for prepay accounts

From the top menu, select Tools > Billing & Payments > Payment methods.
If you're using the new Microsoft Advertising navigation, from the navigation menu on the left, hover over Billing and select Payment methods.
- If you have multiple accounts, choose one from the account selector in the top menu.
- Select Add bank transfer.
- From the dropdown menu, select the country or region where your bank is located.
- Select Next.
- Enter your billing address.
- Select Create.
- In the Payment methods tab, next to the bank transfer, select Add funds and follow the instructions for sending a bank transfer.
Paying your monthly invoice
Your invoice contains remittance instructions, the due date (net terms), and the specific customer service contact if you have questions.
Important
To speed up payment processing, you must include your invoice number and account number with your payment. Without this information, payment processing time can greatly increase beyond our typical 5 days.
