Step-by-step instructions on how to pay by bank transfer.
Microsoft Advertising accepts bank transfer payments on a limited basis. Generally, you can fund your prepay account with a bank transfer. If you have a monthly invoice account, you must pay your charges via bank transfer.
Select the country/region of your business address and then your currency to find relevant bank information.
About bank transfers
The table lists whether you can pay by bank transfer. You'll see a green check mark if it's available for your country/region, currency, and payment setting (i.e., postpay threshold, prepay, or monthly invoice). If it's not available, you'll see a red X mark.
In order for Microsoft Advertising to process your payment, you must include the following information in your bank transfer's payment details:
Your 8-digit Microsoft Advertising account number
Your Microsoft Advertising manager account name
If we do not receive your account number, your payment will be returned.

Sending a bank transfer for prepay accounts
From the top menu, select Tools > Billing & Payments.
If you have multiple accounts, choose one from the account selector in the top menu.
Select Payment methods from the main menu.
Select Add bank transfer.
From the dropdown menu, select the country or region where your bank is located.
Enter your billing address.
In the Payment methods tab, next to the bank transfer, select Add funds and follow the instructions for sending a bank transfer.
Paying your monthly invoice
Your invoice contains remittance instructions, the due date (net terms), and the specific customer service contact if you have questions.
To speed up payment processing, you must include your invoice number and account number with your payment. Without this information, payment processing time can greatly increase beyond our typical 5 days.
