Change contact information

By keeping your contact information current, we can get in touch with you about important info about your account and campaigns, or communications about Microsoft Advertising service updates and seminars.

By keeping your contact information current, you make it easier for Microsoft Advertising team members to contact you when it is important to do so. It is your responsibility to maintain this information so that you can continue to receive important notifications in a timely manner.

From the top menu, select Tools > Preferences > My settings.

If you're using the new Microsoft Advertising navigation, from the navigation menu on the left, hover over Settings and select My settings.
In the Contact information section, you can change your name, email address, phone numbers, etc.
Select Save.
