Microsoft Advertising Agreement

The Microsoft Microsoft Advertising Agreement is the contract that applies to your participation in the Microsoft Advertising online advertising program. When you signed up for a Microsoft Advertising account, you had an opportunity to review the Agreement and you consented to the agreement.

You can view the Agreement at any time by clicking Legal at the bottom of any Microsoft Advertising page.

Microsoft will update the Microsoft Microsoft Advertising Agreement in accordance with the legal requirements of each market. If you're an advertiser with an account based in Canada, France, India, Singapore, Ireland, or the United Kingdom, you'll be notified in accordance with the Agreement when the revisions for your location occur.
