Schedule imports from Google Ads and review import error logs

Review all the previous imports from a file or Google Ads along with any automatic import schedule you have set up.

You can schedule when you want your Google Ads accounts to sync automatically with Microsoft Advertising. The options are:

  • Now: Import happens as soon as you click the Import button and only runs once.
  • Once: Import happens at the time you specify and only runs once.
  • Daily: Import happens once a day at the time you specify until you delete or pause the schedule on the Import schedule and history page.
  • Weekly: Import happens once a week at the time you specify until you delete or pause the schedule on the Import schedule and history page.
  • Monthly: Import happens once a month at the time you specify until you delete or pause the schedule on the Import schedule and history page.

To set a schedule, do the following:

  1. Click Import Campaigns, and then click Import from Google Ads. (Or from the global menu at the top of the page, click Import and then click Import from Google Ads.)
  2. Sign in to Google Ads.
  3. Choose your Google Ads accounts.
  4. Choose your Import Options.
  5. Under Schedule Imports, click When and then set the schedule you want, which can be Once, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

You can also review any past imports, either from a file or Google Ads. If there were any issues with the import, the history (Logs) table includes the error file to review as well the settings that were in effect at the time of the import.

  1. Click Import Campaigns, and then click Import schedule and history. (Or from the global menu at the top of the page, click Import and then click Import schedule & history.)
  2. Under Scheduled imports, review the table. If the table is empty, no schedule is set.
  3. If you want to change the schedule, in the Action column, click Edit.
  4. To pause a schedule, select it and then click Edit and Pause.
  5. To delete a schedule, select it and then click Edit and Delete.

  2. Under Logs, review the table.
  3. To review the error file, in the Error file column, click Download error file.

Note

Scheduling multiple imports at once may affect their overall start time and import speed.
