Managing your addresses

Your company's legally registered business address is critical information that you will need to keep on file and up to date. You will also need to provide your mailing address if it is different from your business address.
Important

Only users with full permissions (Super Admins) can update addresses. Learn more about user roles.

Your company's legally registered business address is critical information that you will need to keep on file and up to date. We use your business address to help determine whether you will be charged tax or VAT on your advertising costs. If you have a monthly invoice account, please note:

  • You must contact your Account Manager or contact support to change your business address.
  • If you receive correspondence at a location other than your business address, you will also need to provide your mailing address.

If you have a monthly invoice account, please contact your Account Manager or contact support to update your business address. For an agency, use the client's legally registered business address as the business address. You can update your business address as follows if you have a postpay threshold account or a prepay account.

  1. If you have multiple accounts, choose one from the account selector in the global menu at the top of the page.
  2. Click Accounts.
  3. From Accounts Summary, click Management.
  4. Click Account settings from the Actions column.
  5. Click the pencil icon pencil icon next to Account settings page title.
  6. Enter your Business location and your Business address in the form.
  7. Click Save.

  2. If you only have a single account, go to the Accounts tab, click the pencil icon pencil icon next to Business location and tax information.

    If you have multiple accounts, use the checkboxes to select the accounts you want to edit, and click Edit Taxes.
  3. Enter your business address.
  4. Click Save.

You can update your mailing address only if you have a monthly invoice account. This option is not available if you have a postpay threshold account or a prepay account.

If you don't provide a mailing address, we will use your business address to mail your invoices. Be sure to update the mailing address on file if you receive correspondence at a post-office box or if you process invoices at a different location, such as an off-site accounts payable office.

  1. Click the gear icon gear icon, and then click Billing & Payments.
  2. If you have multiple accounts, choose one from the account selector in the global menu at the top of the page.
  3. Click Billing Settings from the page menu on the left.
  4. Under Monthly invoice settings in the Invoice delivery section, select or enter your information under Invoice mailing address.
  5. Click Save.

  3. Under Monthly invoice settings in the Invoice delivery section, select or enter your information under Invoice mailing address.
  4. Click Save.
